What’s next for you? For any career, you need education beyond high school. Now is the time to decide which college is right for you and plan to go there.
Good options to consider is attending Illinois Central College and then continue your education at another university. Think ahead and be ready!
From the previous phases, you have identified your talents, skill sets, identified which jobs are of interest to you, and explored the programs of study that are required. Job shadowing, co-op, and internships are valuable resources to ensure a manufacturing career is for you. And while you are in college, consider taking additional courses that may not be required or maybe plan on an additional minor to broaden your horizon and skill sets.
